Payment Policy

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the request date. If a deposit is not received, your date will not be held.In the case that a guaranteed guest count was not given, you will owe for the expected guest count noted.
Final payment is to be made with cash, credit card or bank check

Food & Beverage

In order to be prepared for your function, we must be notified of your final guest count 7 days prior to function date. All buffets require a minimum of 30 guests. Parties with a guest count lower than 30 will be served family style at an additional $2 per guest. Our menus are suggested for your consideration, however, we will be pleased to tailor a menu for your specific needs. We will prepare for 10% more of the guaranteed number. Unfilled reservations will be billed. No food or beverage may be taken from designated party room. Events requesting a cash bar will be charged a $50 bartender fee. We have the right to request proper identification of any person of questionable age and refuse alcoholic beverages to all persons underage and to any person who appears to be intoxicated

Event Room

We cannot guarantee a specific room for your event. The room will be determined by the guaranteed number of guest.
Our smaller dining rooms cannot be used for private parties on Friday & Saturday evenings

Catering

We offer off premise catering for your special event, from sit down dinners to custom made buffets.
Delivery charges will apply and determined upon location

Liability

Chesterfield will not assume responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
The guest assumes responsibility for any & all damages caused by any person attending function
